Did you take a peek? Maddening, isn't it? I think I was inspired by a short animated film I saw at the Cartón Festival** in Buenos Aires, during its second edition. It was called "Conciencia" (Awareness) by Pablo Brand. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have been uploaded to the web, so I can't link you to it. So I'll just link you to another interesting short film I saw at that festival: The Cat Dances with its Shadow (5:30 min), a collective project from the Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain. It got a prize or a mention for its aesthetic proposal and I find it quite moving for some reason... Well, I guess I do know, at least in part, why I enjoy it, but I'm not going to spoil it for you.

*I made it with Multimedia Fusion (now Clickteam Fusion). I used the free version which has a limited HTML5 export module. I'm not a programmer, and Clickteam seems to go easy on you if you aren't, but I found it really challenging. Designing for something that is interactive requires its own particular logic and, in many aspects, you still need to learn to think like a programmer, and I was lucky enough to have the assistance of someone who understood the basics of programming. I guess it's like in animation, it's a pain but still pretty rewarding when you finally get something done!
**For non-Spanish speakers: Cartón is a play on words. It literally means "cardboard" but it also sounds the same as the English word "cartoon" if you mispronounced it in Spanish.
